Jeff Franklin commented: Jeff was a Division 2 First-team All-America defensive back after the 2008 season at Central State University Led the nation in interceptions (2008) and was also a two-time All-Independent Conference selection (2007-2008).
The 3-time All-conference winner (2006-2008) finished his career with 15 interceptions, in 30 games (.50/game).
Was a 4-time Captain, and was a 4-time All-Academic recipient. (2005-2008)

Jeff Franklin commented: Following his first arena football season with the Cincinnati Commandos of the CIFL, Jeff ranked number 1 in interceptions. The Commandos won the CIFL championship and posted the top rank defense. He also was named to first team All-League and finished 2nd in voting for Defensive MVP for the league.

Ranked 3rd in Interception return touchdowns.
Ranked 3rd in Tackles for defensive backs.
